If you are registered for courses but do not have access to them in Canvas, contact the eLearning and Instructional Innovation Center at 956.721.5211 for assistance. Please have your Palomino ID and PasPort username ready when calling for faster service.
Alternatively, you can submit an eHelp Desk ticket through Canvas via the "Help" button located on the left-hand side of Canvas. Please provide your Palomino ID and PasPort username when submitting your ticket, and provide the complete course name and section for the course(s) you are having issues with (ex. MATH 1301 E01). Once submitted, a technician will work on your ticket and you will be notified through email once your request is completed.
Note: Sometimes a student may not have access to a course in Canvas because it has not been published by the instructor. If the course is online, the eLearning and Instructional Innovation Center may be able to publish the course so students may access it in Canvas. However, if the course is Face-To-Face, it is advised that students contact their instructor for more information on their access to the course in Canvas.
