If you are receiving Canvas notifications for a course you are not registered for, please contact the eLearning and Instructional Innovation Center at 956.721.5211 to have your Canvas account updated. For faster service please have your Palomino ID and PasPort username ready when calling.
Alternatively, you can submit an eHelpDesk ticket via the "Canvas Support" button located in the lower right-hand corner of Canvas. Please provide your Palomino ID and PasPort username when submitting your ticket, and provide the complete course name and section for the course(s) you are having issues with (ex. MATH 1301 E01). Once submitted, a technician will work on your ticket and you will be notified through email once your request is completed.
